The right ads to the right people on the right channel

What if you could automatically deliver the right ads, on the right platform, to your target audience, based on their role? With this recipe, you’ll be able to use Clearbit Enrichment to serve up ads to your users on Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, or Linkedin Custom Audiences.

1. Set up your trigger

Build a Plainflow segment to specify the rules for which users should enroll in this journey. In this case, we want to enroll all users who have signed up in the last 30 days but who have never paid for your product.

2. Enrich your new users with Clearbit

For every new user that matches the trigger criteria, you will call Clearbit to enrich the user profile. Clearbit will return more than 85 data points that will be added and stored in the customer profile in Plainflow.

3. Serve ads for developers on Google

If the enriched property role is equal to engineering, add their email to the custom audience for developers.

4. Serve ads for marketers on Facebook

If the enriched property role is equal to marketing, add their email to the custom audience for marketers.

5. Serve ads for executives on Linkedin

If the enriched property role is equal to founders, add their email to the custom audience for founders.
